DELIVERY PARTNER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It's your responsibility and duty to ensure to read and acknowledge all these delivery partner terms and conditions before you use the service of JCA Food. Your engagement with JCA Food to use the services is subject to your acceptance of this delivery partner T&C. JCA Food reserves the right, at any time, to update or modify these Terms, including our policies that are incorporated into these Terms. It is firmly persuaded that you read these Terms frequently. By continuing to use the Platforms after the updated Terms have been posted, you will be considered to have allowed to the amended Terms.

INFORMATION OF THE DELIVERY PARTNER
To authenticate the identity of the Delivery Partner, JCA Food may collect Delivery Partner Information at the time of execution of these Delivery Partner T&C or at any time subsequently. They maintain the right to store, process, access, and use Delivery Partner Information for business reasons, background checks, verification, marketing, service, development, analytics, research, and any other purpose that their services deem appropriate and by Applicable Law.

APPLICABILITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Delivery Partner T&C, in combination with the Agreement, shall constitute the Parties' entire understanding. By adopting these Delivery Partner T&C, you acknowledge and agree to the maximum degree feasible to the Delivery Partner T&C and JCA Food Rules that we make applicable to you from time to time.

The words, phrases, and capitalized terms contained or referred to in these Delivery Partner T&C shall be construed as having the meaning given to them in the Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.

The service and charges 

  • The subject to terms and The Delivery Partner agrees to make himself available on the JCA Food Platform to undertake Delivery Services when a User orders a request for the same through the services and provides Delivery Services to the Users to the best of his capabilities.

As a result, allow JCA Food to manage the Delivery Charges charged to the Users for executing Delivery Services on your behalf. These charges will be sent to you weekly or specific days of the week as per the terms of the contract

PRECAUTIONS FOR DATA SECURITY
To protect the information we collect, we have follow necessary technological and security procedures.
To safeguard the sensitive personal information you supply, we employ vault and tokenization services from third-party service providers.
Regarding our vault and tokenization services, as well as our payment gateway and payment processing, our third-party service providers follow the payment card industry standard.
You are responsible for keeping secret any username and password that we have provided you (or that you have selected) that allows you to access particular portions of this Platform.
Mainly we ask the user, for his mobile number for login and OTP purposes.  We also manage history and orders by using this mobile number. We access your location after your permission. Location access is to show nearby restaurants and their offers. We use user names for the registration process and profile creation both.
User has the complete right to view the delivery agent and restaurant phone number after placing the order. We don’t share your personal information with any third-party member. We share your location details with the delivery agent only for tracking purposes.

OBLIGATIONS OF DELIVERY PARTNER
The Delivery Partner must act with honesty and discipline during providing Delivery Services. Under all JCA Food policies and directions, all Confidential Information obtained must be kept confidential at all times and used solely for the limited purposes of providing Delivery Services.
